About Me

Cece's Art Studio Commissioned Portraits Starting at $350

Born in Lock Haven, PA in 1951, Cece moved to Stockton, CA in 1964.  She completed her education at San Jose State in 1977 with a degree in Philosophy.  Cece has owned and operated an art studio in Stockton, CA since 1989, where she executes portrait commissions and retail art sales.  Cece is a member of A.S.O.P.A. and the Stockton Art League.
